Visit
The Quarr Local Nature Reserve can be found just off the Bristol Road, north of Sherborne town centre.
From the B3145 look for the Mermaid Inn (north of Sherborne) and you can park safely a few yards north of the Inn in Quarr Lane. You will see the entrance to the Quarr on your left and you may enter through the gate. Please read the illustrated information board at the entrance and feel free to explore the site at your will. We ask that you observe any restrictions posted at the gate and close the gate when you leave.
